This is a two day conference jointly run by the RPS and The Royal Astronomical Society. It might be of interest to any astronomy devotees out there.

Just so that you know you aren't wasting your time by posting things like this you may wish to know that (because of your post) I went to this. Very good and informative, especially the first day.
