The cloisters at Norwich Cathedral.

The judges comments will probably include "Which way do I go?"

Nevertheless, I like the shot. Nice control of the light. Is it me or is there a slight tilt to the corner post?

Not in this instance, since this shot or any other of mine is unlikely ever to go in front of a judge.

Thanks for the feedback. You are correct in your observation that the edges are not quite lined up. It was a bit of a rush job as I did not have much time and I relied on the vertical alignment function in Lightroom. The tool normally works well, but did not quite manage it this time. It's something I need to be aware of when I produce the final version.

It has been a very good trip. There is more to Norfolk than I had realised and it more than merits a return visit.

You will probably have an opportunity to find out. I shared the location with the others on the club's outing and similar shots were taken on our early morning visit to Norwich Cathedral on Saturday. It would not be a surprise if at least one, most probably more, were to make it into an internal competition.

I doubt it. The more likely outcome is an evening consisting exclusively of cloisters and seals, maybe with the odd How Hill sunrise thrown in for good measure.

Reminds me of the time we saw nothing but pictures of Rudy for at least two months after he sat and posed for us

You know, I kind of miss those pics.
