Come to think of it, I am still waiting for a reply to an e-mail I sent the two years ago about the 2012 exhibition.

I do like it that you have to send an email to reserve your place then print that email and send it in an envelope to pay for it.

If only some kind of Pal had been invented to Pay for things back in 2001.

If my experience is typical, I would not hold your breath. Not unless you are partial to the colour blue.

I have never had a response without sending a reminder. The last time I sent such a chaser, in which I pointed out how uncommunicative they are, I got a response that was sarcastic, condescending and disinegenuous. Not bad for a couple of sentences. You will probably not be surprised to learn that it was written by the same person who answered your recent feedback query.
